Deactivation of the service requires you to stop the ‘call forward’ to our server and set it up to your carrier voicemail – in other words, you need to ask your carrier to send your unanswered calls to their voicemail phone number instead of ours.

If you uninstalled the app without properly deactivating our service beforehand then we are still receiving your voicemails calls.  You will need to dial a number like ##004# to deactivate Voxist, but the number may be different depending on your carrier.

Please email us at support@voxist.com with the name of your carrier and we will send you the correct deactivation number to revert you back to your carrier’s voicemail.

Most common US carrier’s codes are:
Verizon *73
T-Mobile ##004#
AT&T ##004# or if that doesn’t work you need to dial three codes one after the other: ##61# ##62# ##67#

In order to activate Voxist, you need to setup up a ‘call forward’ with your operator – in other words, you need to ask your operator to send your unanswered calls to our voicemail phone number instead of theirs.

Go to the “My Account” tab in the app, and tap on “Activate/Deactivate Voxist”. Then choose Activate Voxist. Choose your carrier from the carrier list, and proceed with the activation instructions

Some operators don’t use standard codes, or have bugs in their networks for certain subscribers. In case you get an error message, please email us at support@voxist.com with the name of your carrier. Alternatively, you can also
reach us by tapping on “Contact Support” in the “My Account” tab found in the Voxist app and we will do our best to help get you up and running with your Voxist application.

Go to the “My Account” tab in the app, and tap on “Activate/Deactivate Voxist”. Then choose Deactivate Voxist, and proceed with the deactivation instructions. Once deactivation is completed you will see a message from your operator letting you know that deactivation was successful.

If you uninstalled the app without properly deactivating the service, we will continue to receive your voicemail. Please see “How do I deactivate Voxist if I already uninstalled the app?”

Some carriers don’t use standard codes, or have bugs in their networks with some subscribers. In case you get an error message after deactivation, please you contact us by tapping on “Contact Support” in the “My Account” tab found in the Voxist app or email us at support@voxist.com. Send us the name of your carrier and we will do our best to help you revert back to your carrier’s voicemail.
